Ingredients:
2 (10 oz) can of cream potato soup
1/2 cup of frozen whole kernel corn
1/2 cup of green pepper
3 tilapia fillet cut into pieces
2 cups of milk
Topping 1 Roma tomato seeded, finely chopped
Topping 1 Roma tomato seeded, finely chopped
2 scallions finely chopped
3 Turkey bacon, crispy, crumbled
Steps
Serves up to 5
1) In a saucepan combine milk, potatoes soup, green pepper and corn; bring to boiling. Reduce heat, and simmer covered for 5 min, or until pepper is tender,
2) Stir in tilapia; simmer for 5 min or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
3)Serve chowder into 4 bowls; sprinkle with tomato, scallions, and bacon. enjoy!
