Green Salsa Enchiladas

Ingredients

3 chicken breasts
1/2 onion
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 tomato
1 tablespoon chicken bouillon flavor
2 cups shredded Monterey cheese
1 package of white corn tortillas
3 1/2 cups Mexican Green Sauce
3 tablespoons table cream (sour cream if desired)
3 cups of heavy cream
salt to taste

Preparation of cream
In a bowl mix table cream with heavy cream.

Chicken Preparation:

1)Place the 3 breasts (skinless)  in a pot over medium heat, add the chopped onion, minced garlic, the bouillon, salt to taste.
2)Cook completely, leaving some chicken broth. Then shred the chicken.

Place shredded chicken in tortillas

1) Heat the tortillas over stove briefly.
2) Place the chicken on tortillas (to the edge of the tortilla to make it easy to roll it) then roll up and place in a not very large Pyrex (9×9 Pyrex or any other option you want).
3) Repeat step 2 to make 2 layers of tortillas stuffed with chicken.
4) To finish, add cream, green sauce and cheese over layers of tortillas.
5) Bake at 350 for 30-40 min. .
