Paprika Salmon
1 1/2 lb. salmon
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
Preparation
1)After rinsing and drying (paper towel) salmon (make sure you have removed the scales from the skin),
2) Add paprika, brown sugar, soy sauce, olive, oil and cumin, to salmon.
3) Next, rub with your hands around the salmon until it is all covered in the seasoning.
4) Place in a Pyrex for baking
5) Bake at 450 degrees for 30 minutes or fork tender.
Do not overcook Salmon! becomes too dry.
