Rice And Chicken (Arroz Con Pollo)

2 1/2 cups of medium grain rice
3 cups water
2 tablespoons of chicken bouillon
1/2 cup celery finely chopped
1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
1/2 cup onion finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
1/3 cup cilantro finely chopped
1 tablespoon sage
10 stuffed olives
Olive oil to taste
1/2 tablespoon of adobo.

Preparation:
1) Cook the chicken medium-high heat for 4 – 5 minutes with onion, garlic, pepper, chicken bouillon, adobo, sage.
2) Then, add the rice, cilantro, oil, and water
3) Cook over high heat 5 min.
4) Then cover the pot and cook over medium-low for 10 minutes

This is one of the many ways you can cook rice & chicken.
