Ingredients
6 potatoes
1 can Cream Corn
1 can Whole Corn Drained
2 cups Chicken Broth
8 Oz. diced Ham or Bacon
1 Medium Onion diced
1/4 cup Butter
2 cups Half and Half or Heavy Cream
Salt & Pepper to taste
Preparation
1) In a pot, add chicken broth, potatoes, whole corn, cream corn, onion.
2) Cook over low heat until potatoes are lightly cooked.
3) Then add the cream, salt, pepper, butter, bacon, and cook for 7 minutes over medium heat.
Serve.
Tips: You can add broccoli if you want more vegetables.
