Magui’s Banana Muffins

 Banana Muffings

 

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 baking soda
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Whisk together in a bowl:
3 bananas
2 eggs
1 cup light brown sugar

Steps:
1) Mix all ingredients with a few light strokes just until dry ingredients are moistered. Do not overmix.

2) Divide batter among muffin cups

3) Bake at 375 degrees for 18 to 20 min

4) Let cool for 2-3 mins and serve
