Ingredients

(1) Whole Chicken
(1) head of garlic
cinnamon
sesame
oregano
6 oz Chile Ancho
6 Chile New Mexico, or Chicosle
3 pieces Bittersweet chocolate

Preparation:

1) Cook the chicken with salt and garlic until soft
2) Remove seeds from chiles, roast them a bit in the pan, then place them in water for a few minutes.
3) Roast Garlic
4) Blend the chiles with oregano, garlic, cinnamon, salt, until it becomes thick (Add water if necessary)
5) Then in a pan with oil, add the mixture and fry.
6) Pour the mixture into the chicken, and add three pieces of black chocolate

You can add salt to taste, and garnish with the sesame seeds over chicken.
