I am a wife and mom, I love to cook for my friends, husband , kids, and have a good time. 

In this blog I want to share  my yummy recipes that include some of the dishes from the town where I was born back in Panama Rep.; where I remember having enjoyed grandma and mom ‘s delicious dishes .

I want to pass it on to my kids and to my international friends!

How many of us do not have that secret and delicious recipe from our aunts, grandmothers, mom, and maybe we have not yet shared with our children or friends.

A recipe tells beautiful memories, experiences with your loved ones, culture, details that make others know you a little more.

With a good old recipe, people gather all around the table with smiles, and good memories are made.

That is Latin American family full of color, culture, food, hospitable people. In this site you will know more about other places, friends, cultures, interesting facts and much more.
