Ingredients
2 1/2 white corn flour (PAN)
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Mozzarella
1/2 cup Colby Jack
1/2 cup Italian Blend
2 tsps. salt
1 tbsp. olive oil
3 cups water
Steps
1) Mix all ingredients, add water last
2) Mix with hands the whole mixture, gradually add more water if necessary, the dough should be soft and wet enough to be easily manipulated by hand.
3) Make balls and flatten with your hands, then place in the medium-hot pan (non-stick) .
